The display will at the Booth during the entire Fair, which runs from Thursday August 23 to Monday September 3.

If you would like to volunteer for a shift at the LGBT Booth, please email us at fairny@twcny.rr.com  The schedule of shifts for which we still need volunteers can be found at http://www.fairny.org/volunteers.php

The schedule is updated as volunteers sign up. Volunteers receive a ticket for admission to the fair and reimbursement for parking. Shifts run from 10 AM to 2 PM, 2 PM to 6 PM, and 6 PM to 10 PM.  We particularly need volunteers for the 6 PM to 10 PM shift.

We have raised much of the funds needed to cover the final expenses for booth, but more donations are still needed.  You can donate via paypal by using or email address or by sending us a check at FAIRNY, PO Box 151, Dewitt, NY 13214.

Please share this information to help us get the word out on about the 2012 LGBT Booth at the New York State Fair.
